I’ve written a lot about the Harlem Children’s Zone — both on it’s positives and on some of my concerns.

The New York Times has just published an extensive article headlined “Lauded Harlem Schools Have Their Own Problems.” It seems pretty balanced.

It doesn’t mention the parent engagement issues that I’ve been concerned about, but, since I’ve written so much about it on this blog, I thought readers might find it interesting.
