“Collaborating for Success” – Parent Engagement Toolkit is a recently updated website by the Michigan Department of Education.

It has a fair amount of materials — of mixed quality — but it’s worth a look. It does have some parent materials in Arabic, and I don’t think you can find many parent involvement resources in that language around….
